I have a chance to aquire the buckle pictured below. I've never heard of nor can I find any info on a "Hale" that was a buckle maker. Does anyone have any info on this maker or seen any buckles similar to this one before? It is HUGE. Measures 6" x 4 1/4". Thanks for any info you can provide.

WOW!!! That is one nice looking belt buckle. I would purchase it if the price was right. This might be the most unique piece in your collection (if you have one). As far as resale value...hey, if someone else thinks it will be a nice addition to their collection, they too will buy it if the price is right.

Thanks Duane. I thought it was cool. I'm trying to buy it. We'll see if I can get it. The buyer thinks it is worth a little more than it probably is.
